French Restaurants In Phoenix
We have lived in Phoenix for quite a while now, and we have gathered quite a respectable repertoire of dining places we really enjoy, ranging from small mom-and-pop businesses to striking fine dining, and here are several of our all-time favorites (it was so hard to pick!). This is what folks on Yelp.com say concerning our choices:
Coup Des Tartes – (602) 212-1082
4626 N 16th St
Phoenix, AZ 85016
This is one of the great finds in Phoenix. Coup Des Tartes combines friendly management, local produce with a diverse and tasty menu. We consider it superior with distinction. A wonderful local place good for both locals and out of town guests.
The service was excellent and not pushy. We had a nearly 4 hour dinner conversation with great friends and never felt like we were being rushed through the meal.
Lastly, you have to love that you can bring your own wine. We enjoyed two bottles of terrific wine that would have normally doubled the cost of the meal.

Whenever you are traveling to a different destination in Phoenix for the first time, one of the more engaging elements is uncovering the neighborhood’s meal options.
You can savor the exotic local choices such as the star chef’s high end eateries, or you can try a more low-cost experience and discover the area hole-in-the-wall’s mouthwatering meal.
Following a couple of excursion meals however, just consider looking at some of the close by French food options. After all, who could resist some delicious Beef bourguignon?
If you taste Phoenix’s local version of classic French dishes you will be shocked by the variety you will discover. From Beef bourguignon to Foie gras, Phoenix has it all. You will find meals hailing from diverse parts of France, as well as modern-day interpretations of classic Steak frites. This is sensible given that most of these family managed restaurants have heritage which extends back to a particular area in France. Thanks to immigration, enjoying great French cuisine doesn’t mean having to travel all the way to France.
I hope you enjoy the restaurants highlighted on this web site and don’t forget to leave room for dessert!
